An extremely long rambling post to clear my thoughts (which has not achieved its aim)

(This is some mental rambling, to put together all my mental notes. You don’t technically need to read this.)

So I discovered that my entire commonwealth essay was WRONG. Epic fail in nerdspeak.

And I went prancing around Yahoo answers and it confirmed my thoughts that mankind is more or less decoupled from evolution as natural selection is going on in an unusually slow pace due to the advent of technology propping up the shaky table leg and in an ideal human landscape, natural selection is not even supposed to take place. And since we’re approaching and aiming towards the ideal.. you can draw the conclusion.

Some of the people also suggested that humans are devolving.

And all these rendered my essay undoable, which is on ‘what evolutionary developments are needed for contiual survival and well-being’. It already assumed that evolutionary developments could help us. Hmm, when they don’t even exist!

Well, so the entire process involved hair-pulling and sleepless nights. I’d even posted the question on intjforum but as I had expected, no one really answered the question in a relevant way.

Until just now I msned Neuro/Mathew from intjf and it led to EUGENICS!!

Woots, and that was one sign of hope. Though currently, my brain is too dead to actually function and think about points ALTHOUGH I NEED TO Y_Y!

AND AT THE SAME TIME, I’M NOT 100% CONVINCED THAT THE POINT IS RELEVANT.

I’m one screwd up being. AND I’M MESSING UP MY BLOG THESE DAYS.

I’ll paint a picture for you to know what I feel like right now:

Just this eternal stuffed feeling, like you are constantly, moderately bloated, like the days where its hot and cold at the same time and you don’t know what to wear. Just irritable.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

Okay, eugenics. For continual survival and well-being.

Why do we need it?

Because natural selection isn’t taking place at a healthy rate.

Add in —> controversy due to what Hitler did to that concept.

And ramble on about how many of us wouldn’t survive in the past and so on and whatever and the messy gene pool of ours will get even messier, so therefore eugenics is needed. Of course not the radical kind of eugenics but rather a looser one where you encourage people to do them, not enforce.

Do bear in mind: I’m writing this because I’m out of points and this essay gives me no choice to oppose anything either therefore I’m writing as if I propose eugenics. I don’t oppose it either, I just believe in people doing what they want. If parents with down syndrom kids or with other congenital diseases want an abortion, go ahead, if they don’t, totally alright as well.

The big picture about humans having a screwd up gene pool and screwing up massively as a result doesn’t bother me anyway By then I’ll be gone. Kidding. But if you really ask me, I lean towards the pro-eugenics side. I agree with what nature has built for us. The mechanism of natural selection. I really think humans have ran too far on their own system.

FIND: CHIMPANZEE’S INFANT MORTALITY RATE, LIFESPAN. OR OUR INFANT MORTALITY RATE, LIFESPAN IN THE DISTANT PAST.

STATE: Our species’ long lifespan and low infant mortality rate and talk about how due to the black plague a third of our population died. Moderation? How about now? Something happens to kill a third again? This time it would be more. <— out of point. Wait.

And how with decreased and more concentrated populations many of the problems we are facing now can be solved. Overpopulation, environmental problems. And go into how we don’t say the Earth, we save ourselves (check former blog post). Once we’re gone, all things endangered will flourish again.

Either this is getting nowhere or this is done. I prefer to think its the former.
